The chances of that happening are pretty slim, but it is possible under those circumstances.
Is CBD Legal?
CBD is legal in all 50 states, but we should mention that cannabis is still classified as aSchedule 1 drug, so there are distinctions to be made here. The source of the CBD also plays a part in its legality; so for instance, when extracted from hemp, it is completely legal, but when extracted from cannabis, it is considered illegal under current law.
